Technical Issue Response

Telephone Response - During normal business hours, our goal is to take calls in real time. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 6a - 6p Central Time Zone (-6:00 GMT).


Email Response - During normal business hours, our goal is to respond to email support requests within 4 hours. Email support requests received outside normal business hours will be answered no later than 2 hours into the next business day.
