Brand New Feature – User Profiles

We are also excited to share with you a new feature of the Support Center – user profiles! All customers who contribute in the Community or Knowledge Base now have a profile with an overview of their engagement. Use your profile to keep track of your posts and comments, and view others’ profiles to see how they’ve been contributing. You can follow other members of the Community to stay up to date with their contributions, as well. Rest assured – no sensitive information about you or your company can ever be seen by other Community members or visitors. The only information that others can see is your name and the contributions that you choose to share in the Community or Knowledge Base.

Alert Logic encourages customers to share their thoughts and knowledge for the benefit of all in a respectful manner. Our Community Member Guidelines outline some dos and don’ts to remember when engaging with us and each other.
