Report Recognizes Alert Logic’s ‘Very Strong Customer Satisfaction Rating’ and Cloud-Based Delivery model
HOUSTON, TX – January 10, 2013 – Alert Logic, the leading provider of Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the cloud, announced today it was among the select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in its new report, “The Forrester Wave™: Emerging Managed Security Service Providers, Q1 2013.” In this evaluation, Forrester named Alert Logic a leader in the emerging MSSP category, crediting Alert Logic’s very strong customer satisfaction rating, business and technical value and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, as well as its portal.

Forrester Research evaluated 10 emerging MSSPs, each of which offer competent security technology skills, effective pricing, excellent customer service, experienced and trained staff, and flexibility. Each emerging MSSP was evaluated on 15 criteria grouped into three categories: current offerings, strategy and market presence.
“The Leaders all had the common characteristics of sound technology, strong execution, and good to great strategies,” said the report. Alert Logic was one of the vendors deemed to be a Leader in part for “their ability to execute for their clients.” Leaders “plan to continue investing their MSS offerings to make sure they remain competitive and advance in the marketplace.”
